No-Shows and Late Cancellations

Please understand that when you forget about or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice (24 hours), we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since our services are reserved for you personally, a late cancellation and no-show fee will apply. We will be asking for a credit card to have on file.

- Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

- No shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

- If you make an appointment within the 24-hour period but need to cancel, you must give 2-hour notice or the 50% charge will be applied.

-If you do not have a credit card on file, all fees will need to be paid before booking your next appointment.

Children in the Salon

Children under 12 are not allowed at the salon because your eyes are closed during the lash extension service, and children cannot be properly supervised during your appointment.
